Under this program, foreign applicants are directly interviewed by a representative of Manitoba based organization to select the required workforce based on their job demand.
Eligibility Criteria for Employee Direct Recruitment Pathway
- Must have a minimum of two years work experience in the last five years with job related relevancy.
- Must be employed in a long-term and full-time job of Manitoba that meets all the wage standards of the province.
- The applicant’s working condition is found to be consistent for Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
- The applicant must show willingness to stay and settle later within the region of Manitoba.
- The applicant should have completed minimum of post-secondary level of education or its equivalent training according to the job demand.
- If the applied position demands any certification or license then it must be acquired and submitted by the concerned candidate.
- Acccording to the NOC c and D class, the province have made reservation that the candidate doesn’t require any educational qualification in particular instead they are looking for relevant experience and skill set.
- The employers are also need to meet their required eligible criteria according to MPNP.
