Alberta Provincial Nominee Program – Immigrate to Alberta

About Alberta

Alberta PNP is also known as Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), Previously, it was the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP). It is an economic immigration program that selects immigrants to become permanent residents in Alberta. In this program, the potential immigrants will receive an invitation when they have the right combination of skills and work experience as specified by the labor market in the Provinces.

If an immigrant receives a nomination from AAIP Express Entry Stream, after the invitation, then an additional benefit of 600 points in the CRS Score will be granted to them. That score will help them when moving to Canada as a permanent resident.

These streams are broadly divided into streams for the entrepreneurs and for the workers.
