Manitoba Work Experience Immigration Pathway
Similar program to the one of skilled worker, where the province take-in eligible and skillful candidates and international graduates who are temporarily working in Manitoba.
Eligibility Criteria for Manitoba Work Experience Pathway
For applicants
- The Temproary Foreign Worker (TFW) must have a minimum of 6 months continuous work experience in Manitoba under a established firm. (Or)
- An international graduate who is currently woking in his/her relevant educational field for a minimum period of 12 months. (Or)
- A Temproary Foreign Worker (TFW) employed in a job which is not listed in the on-demand jobs of Manitoba for a period of 12 months. (Or)
- An international graduate who is currently woking in his/her relevant educational field but not enlisted in on-demand job list for 12 consecutive months.
- The candidate must be residing or working in Manitoba during the period of application.
- The applicant must be employed in a full-time and long-term job that meets the wage standards of the occupation.
- The organization in which the applicant gets employed must be a legally registered one with a minimum presence of three years.
- The job in which the applicant is enrolled is 100% full-time which means it is not a home based jobs, contractual, temproary, commission or season based.
- The scores for language eligibility test varies according to the position and class of the job applied:
- Regulated Occupation- CLB 7
- Compulsory Trdes- CLB 6
- NOC 0, A and B- CLB 5
- NOC C and D- CLB 4
- Applicant must have the intention to settle in the province of manitoba.
