The second provincial immigration draw of Manitoba for the month of August has been conducted. A total of 77 Letters of Advice to Apply were issued. Out of these, only 18 candidates were aligned with the Express Entry. They were provided with a valid profile number and job seeker validation code.
The lowest-ranked candidates in the draw scored 612 points with EOI #252. However, the MPNP gave clarification that not all candidates who have met or exceeded the cut-off will receive invitations. Applicants may have been excluded if they:
- Reported completing a recognised language test, but failed to offer a valid test number or used results which had expired.
- Indicated participation in a strategic recruitment initiative without entering a valid invitation number in their EOI.
