According to the CIC News received from a provincial representative, Nova Scotia, the province in Canada, has 1,312 spaces left in 2025 across its provincial Immigration programs. As of 6 August 2025, the province has used 1,838 slots across the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNSP). The total allocation for 2025 is 3,150, which is 50% less than what it was in 2024 because of the federal government cut.
There is a huge Expression of Interest on 6 August 2025, with around 9,774 people still waiting for Nova Scotia to review. However, in 2025, only 3,150 slots are available now; the government split is as 1,765 for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program and 1,365 for the Atlantic Immigration Program.
