Partner Visa (Subclass 820 & 801)

Prospective Marriage Visa(Subclass 300)

The applicant who is engaged to an Australian citizen or permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen may enter Australia on a Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) and marry your intended. It comes under the Non-immigrant Temporary visa category. To become a permanent resident, you must marry within nine months from the date you enter Australia.

After marriage applicant can apply for a partner visa(subclass 801 & 820).

Child Visa(Subclass 101)

A parent who is an Australian citizen, eligible New Zealand citizen or holder of an Australian permanent visa can apply this visa to invite their dependant child under 18 years or a full-time student aged over 18 and under 25. The child must be single and outside Australia when the application is made.
