IRCC conducted the new all-program draw for the second time this year, 1750 Express Entry Candidates were invited on July 20, this is the second time IRCC held the all-program draw for Express Entry, the huge gateway where Canada invites immigrants. Canada is back on track to hit all the target levels plan, this year it looks over to invite 55,900 immigrants and by the year 2024, the targets would reach the top of 1,11500.
About This Second-All Program Draw
The Candidates had a minimum CRS of 542, the draw was not programmed specific, well the (CEC) Canadian Experience Class or the (FSWP) Federal Skilled Worker Program stood capable to be invited.
Draw Highlights
As compared to the previous draw held on the 6th of this month, the consideration towards the CRS scores is 15 points lesser than the previous. Yes, the candidates were invited with a CRS of requirement 557. Also, the numbers of candidates have an additional 250 more to the previous draw where only 1500 was marked, this time it is 1750 which is notable.
The Second All-Program Draw
Since 2020, IRCC prioritized and held draws and picked in immigrants only through the Canadian Experience Class - CEC and Provincial Nominee Program –PNP, but after 18 months all program draw has been resumed this July. The all- program draw now considers all the candidates without program specification and eligibility; this was the actual running scenario before the huge pandemic breaks down where the candidates in the express entry pool were invited with ITA (Invitations to apply) if they met the minimum CRS. IRCC held draws every two weeks from January 2021 to September 2021, after this period it gave a pause for CEC candidates as the processing times crossed the usual standard of six months. Overall, IRCC is now back to normal to conduct draws for all the programs, In addition, there are upcoming changes to the Express Entry system too. The refined measures as mentioned in Bill C-19 are expected to fall into practice in early 2023. If these changes are headed up, IRCC will be able to focus more on its targeted immigration levels based on hitting the economic aims where the occupation, educational credential, language ability, and other such related factors would be considered to invite Candidates meeting their actual labor market needs.

Know About Express Entry
The key Canadian Immigration Programs such as the Canadian Experience Class, the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and the Federal Skilled Trades Program which are regulated by the Canadian Government use the point-based immigration system –the express entry, that manages applications for which an applicant can submit his profile through an online portal.
Working On Express Entry System
On meeting the eligibility criteria for any one of the three express entry programs, the applicant will upload his/her profile in the express entry pool, the candidates then would receive CRS scores based on certain qualifying factors such as age, education, and language skills, and work experience. Secondly, IRCC invites candidates with high scores and issues ITA to apply for their permanent residence, thereafter the invited candidates will have 60 days to submit their applications to IRCC, from then IRCC will process the applications within 6 months or even in a lesser time frame.
