Application Process of Skilled Immigration Visa

    After checking the eligibility and submitting an AOI, you must gather or assemble all your documents like Identity documents (passport, national ID, etc.), English language test results, qualification documents and work experience certificates, Skills assessment (for Subclass 189 & 190), Health and character certificates, and under subclass 191 applicants need to submit Australian Taxation Office (ATO) notice.

  3. Making Application

    Make the visa application and submit it online within 160 days if invited this is applicable for Subclass 189 & 190. For Subclass 191 the applicants can make the application once they have qualified, invitation is not required under this subclass. At the time of making an application, you can be inside or outside of Australia.

  4. Processing of Application:

    The applicants will get a confirmation once their application has been received.

    If you are eligible then you may be granted a bridging visa to reside in Australia while waiting for a decision.

  5. Outcome of Visa

    If your application is approved, then you will receive a visa grand number and the beginning date of your visa. In case the application is refused then you will receive a reason for refusal, and whether you have a right to review the decision, and the application fees cannot be refunded.
