The Entrepreneur Pathway.

This is for the senior managers or owners with a minimum of three years' experience. To create a job for a Canadian, you must invest CAD 250,000 (or CAD $150,000 outside of Winnipeg). You can apply for Canada PR Visa after the submission of a business plan and the receipt of a nomination. The application fee for both the pathway is CAD $$2,500.00 and the processing time is 6 months.

    The applicants will have 120 days to submit a full application if MPNP issues them a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA). some of the details to be included in the application are:

    • A farm business plan for candidates to the Farm Investor Pathway or a business plan for applicants to the Entrepreneur Pathway
    • Verification of net worth from the third party.
    • An application fee that is not refundable (CAD $2,500 for Entrepreneur Pathway or as needed for Farm Investor Pathway)
    • Some additional documents listed in the MPNP
  5. Evaluation of the Application

    In this step MPNP will evaluate the candidate's application, and they may provide you an invitation, insisting you attend the interview. In case your application is approved, then MPNP will send you a Letter of Approval. Applicants for the Farm Investor Pathway must also pay a refundable deposit of CAD $75,000 and sign a Deposit Agreement. After the terms are fulfilled and the farm business is effectively created, this money is refunded.

  6. Request a Temporary Work Permit

    After receiving their Letter of Approval (LAA) and signing the Business Performance Agreement (BPA) for Entrepreneur Pathway applicants or the Deposit Agreement for Farm Investor Pathway applicants, applicants can now apply for a Temporary Work Permit to enter Canada and begin their business or farm in Manitoba.

  7. Launch a Farm or Business in Manitoba
