This is the second-largest Canadian Experience Class draw ever happened. Only in this draw were more than 27,000 candidates were invited during the pandemic.

This draw had a lower CRS cut-off score than any other Express Entry draw held in the past year of 2025

Earlier, the CRS score for a CEC draw was 509, which was recorded on September 19, 2024.

This Express Entry draw which is taking place this year, is the second one happening after a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw held on January 5.

Usually, January is the month that has more Express Entry activity happening. So at that time, IRCC will provide a large number of invites. These invites can contribute to its annual immigration targets under federal programs.

Due to the delay between getting an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and officially landing in Canada,  admissions can be expected at least six months after an ITA is issued.
