International Graduate Stream

- Update: This stream has been closed on November 26, 2024, to focus on new graduate-focused streams launching in 2025, but it requires CLB 8 language proficiency (except for health authority stream).
- Express Entry BC: Faster Pathway to PR
- Express Entry BC (EEBC) is connected with Canada's federal Express Entry system, and it is curated for skilled workers who want BC PNP processing time quicker of their visa application.
EEBC Eligibility Requirements:
Express Entry Profile: The applicant must get qualified under any one of the federal programs. The programs includes Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, or Canadian Experience Class.Job Offer: A valid job offer from a BC employer is required in most streams under EEBC.

Investment: The entrepreneur must be eligible to invest a minimum of CAD 500,000 in an eligible new or existing business.Job Creation: They must be eligible to provide at least three full-time jobs for Canadians or permanent residents.
Experience: They must have experience for a minimum of two years if they are willing to establish business ownership or should have five years of experience for a senior manager.
Net Worth: The entrepreneur must have a CAD 600,000 (standard) or CAD 300,000 for Regional Pilot applicants.
Language: They must undertake the proficiency test for the English language and must have a Minimum CLB score of 4.
Regional Pilot Program
These programs are designed to attract investment from outside into the BC communities with populations under 75,000.For this program, one should have a community referral and an exploratory visit before applying.
General Eligibility Criteria for BC PNP (All Streams)
The applicant can apply under any stream, but is required to meet all the following British Columbia PNP requirements:1. Legal Status
- The applicant must hold a legal status in Canada or their home country.
- They should not have any refugee claims or removal orders.
2. Proof of Funds
They must be able to demonstrate sufficient funds reflected in their bank account to settle in BC, based on their family size and cost of living, to handle all the expenses.3. Intent to Reside
The applicant must show genuine intent to live and work in BC, such as having ties to the province or a long-term job offer.4. Required Documents
Education: Transcripts, diplomas, and credential evaluations.Work Experience: Reference letters and job descriptions.
